Four steps, one month

How we start

We do not sell a project. We sell a month. Four steps, and at the end you decide.

The four steps

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Introduction

    1 hour

We tell you who we are, what we do and what we think about software. We look at your website and one workflow you would improve. One hour, no commitment.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    We listen

    1–2 weeks, at your pace

Your colleagues tell us what they work with and what they want to achieve. We ask and take notes. Our proposal starts with how much of your people’s time it needs. Not much.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    First month

    30 days · half price

Access to the platform, a day of training, your website rebuilt, a starter application with a starter CRM. At the end of the month you decide: continue, or take what we built.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Monthly fee

    monthly, as quoted

Your software lives: it changes in days, you decide when to release, operations are our job. The monthly contract can be cancelled at any time; a longer term makes it cheaper.

The first 30 days

  1. Day 0

Contract and access. Project Factory creates your project in minutes: application, website, environments, backups.

  2. Day 1

Your website rebuilt, on a preview address. You review, we fix. We switch it to your own domain when you say so.

  3. Week 1

One-day training for your team: how to make a change with the AI coder, how to try it, how to release it. You get the developer desktop and the starter CRM.

  4. Weeks 2–3

We build your first workflow together. A 30-minute check-in every week, and you learn to release your own changes.

  5. Week 4

First-month review: what runs, what it cost, what comes next. You decide whether to continue; if you do, from then on you work on your own.

After that, every month
